The Rainbow Riding School Book Series

The Rainbow Riding School is a charming book series for all children 4 years and upwards. The stories follow the lives and adventures of a diverse group of ponies and their friends living at the school.

At times of need the ponies call upon the wise old owl, Ptolemy, who provides the strong moral compass within the books and characters such as Atticus The Stable Cat and Ketchup The Cockerel who provide bite size humour throughout the series.

50p of each book sale is given to one of four charities that look after the welfare of animals.

Children are able to choose the charity based on their favourite character in the book!

Meet The Author

Growing up Jenny was lucky enough to go to riding lessons which is where her passion for horses began.

She dreamed one day of owning my own riding school.  She went to weekly lessons and when she was 7 years old she drew a picture of The Rainbow Riding School, naming all her ponies and making up adventures about them from paint charts found when visiting home stores.

It was when her own daughter turned 5 years old and she had the opportunity to take some riding lessons that she began to tell her about The Rainbow Riding School. It was purely the look of joy as she recounted these gentle tales that really ignited in her a passion to write them down. Jenny felt it was also a wonderful way of bringing back the innocence of stories that she had the pleasure of reading as a child that always seemed full of happy-endings and strong moral guidance.

She hopes you grow to love the ponies and their friends as much as she does.
